TRANSPORTATION

If you are planning to drive to work, you can park in the Convention Center parking garage or a parking lot within close proximity. However the parking garage and nearby parking lots will be all heavily crowded during the show week. We highly recommend you to take public transportations such as Metro (Pico Station on Blue Line or Expo Line) or if you live near the venue a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft are recommended.

If your family or friend gives you a ride, you can be dropped off near the convention center’s South Hall entrance on Figueroa St.

We will reimburse your parking fee and ride-share cost up to an amount equal to the convention center’s parking fee of the day in exchange of your receipts.
Your payment will be processed in two weeks after the show so please send all your receipts to event@mytaskpro.com by NO LATER THAN Wednesday 7/8/26 or it may not be included in your pay check.

★★★ AGAIN, PUNCTUALITY IS CRUCIAL !! ★★★

The streets and parking garages are expected to be congested during the show week. If you will be on wheels, please be sure to spare yourself plenty of time (at least 30 minutes or more) to avoid delay due to traffic and parking so you will be at your booth on time.
