Please be sure to arrive for your scheduled shifts on time. We expect all of us to be punctual and follow the schedule. In case of any emergency or if you are running late, please inform us immediately at the above number. If there are missed hours due to tardiness or any other reasons including traffic, it will be reflected on your compensation on a pro-rate basis in 15-minutes increments.
*We will be sending you an invitation to setup a Clock IN & OUT App on your smartphone.
The streets and parking garages are expected to be congested during the show week. If you will be on wheels, please be sure to spare yourself plenty of time (at least 30 minutes or more) to avoid delay due to traffic and parking so you will be at your booth on time.
AN EXHIBITOR badge pass is required FOR ENTRY AND MUST BE WORN THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE EVENT.
As a staff member on the Exhibitor’s end, you can obtain an Exhibitor Wristband from security personnel at the Entrances or the Exhibitor Check-In Counter located on Convention Center Drive, or in the Convention Center. You will be asked for the above exhibitor’s name and the booth number so please be sure to have the information.
Once you arrive at the Convention Center, please proceed to your assigned booth. You will be provided with a badge-pass, which is required for you to enter the site for the rest of your work days so please be sure to bring it with you every day.
Find our staff members holding a BLUE BALLOON to pick up a badge to enter the site.
During work hours of the show, wear a PLAIN SOLID BLACK COLOR T-SHIRT or Polo-SHIRT with no graphic print or a brand logo. For bottoms, wear dark colored SLACKS or black denim that does not have holes or accents and a comfortable pair of SNEAKERS.
Please mind your manners and behave professionally when at the worksite even during the breaks as you represent the exhibitor. Sitting on the floor outside the staff backroom is considered a bad manner.
