Crafted Solutions, a marketing agency / event production is currently seeking a temporary Event Staff to provide support to the upcoming Japanese Anime/Game producers/distributors’ event, held at a venue in Torrance on October 31 – November 1, 2025.

The positions assist with the logistical/operational aspects of this exhibition promoting a popular Japanese mobile game.

No experience is needed as we will train. We offer a pleasant work environment as part of a dedicated team. [WORK DAYS]
Friday, 10/31/25, 1:00PM-5:00PM (Prep & setup day)
Saturday, 11/1/25, 9:00AM-5:00PM
*Candidates must be available for both event days to qualify.

[COMPENSATION]
$19 per hour

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
– Ticket and flyer distribution (handing out time tickets, flyers, etc.)
– Ushers (traffic management, line/path control, seating guests, guiding guests to enter/exit, etc.)
– Exhibit and Game Assistants (Customer services, novelty distribution, etc.)
– Stocker (Handling stock, replenishing and organizing merchandise)
– Cashier (Merchandising cashier, inventory taking)
* Positions are assigned at our discretion or at the client’s discretion, based on your experience.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
– 18 years or over currently in school or with a BA/BS
– Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
– Available to cover two or more shifts
– Friendly attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Dependable with a great work ethic
– Customer service experience is preferred
– Japanese language knowledge/skill is a plus but not necessary

– Candidates must be available for both event days to qualify.
– Candidates who have not worked with us will receive an email to set a short video interview.
– Those who are hired will be assigned to positions at our discretion in the order of receipt of this application and will receive an email requesting necessary paperwork.
– The work shift schedules are basic coverage based on show hours and are still tentative. The shift start/end time varies by the position you are assigned to.
– Periodic meal & rest breaks are to be provided.
– Your actual work hours are reflected in the wage, which may differ from the planned schedule, which we will discuss with you.
