CES26 Bilingual Event Ambassador Position

Crafted Solutions, a marketing agency, is seeking temporary Japanese & English Bilingual Event Ambassadors to support Japanese exhibitors at CES 2026, scheduled for Tuesday, January 6 to Friday, January 9, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

 

We are hiring multiple bilingual presentation and demonstration staff (Japanese-English) both from Las Vegas and from other locations. Travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed for out-of-state hires.

 

Our clients include software companies, electronics manufacturers, and automakers. Responsibilities include promoting and managing various aspects of the exhibition. You will play a key role in engaging with media/press and event attendees, presenting the products, and demonstrating their technologies and features throughout the four-day event.

 

A training session will be conducted on the day before so no prior industry experience or technical knowledge is necessary.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday, 1/6/2026 8am-6pm (10 hours)
Wednesday, 1/7/2026 9am-6pm (9 hours)
Thursday, 1/8/2026 9am-6pm (9 hours)
Friday, 1/9/2026 9am-4pm (7 hours)

*Approx. 7~9 hours a day
*This is an independent position and no overtime or benefits apply.

Exhibit Hours:

Tuesday, Jan 6: 9 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday, Jan 7: 9 AM – 6 PM
Thursday, Jan 8: 9 AM – 6 PM
Friday, Jan 9: 9 AM – 4 PM

 

Compensation:

Bilingual Receptionist $40/hour & up
Bilingual Demonstrators $50/hour & up

*This is an independent contractor position. No overtime or benefits apply.

 

Reimbursable Expenses:

  • Flights, transportation, parking, and per diem
  • For out-of-state hires: travel expenses, including flight, hotel, and per diem, will be reimbursed. Ride-shares for commuting between the hotel and worksite will also be covered. Flight and hotel arrangements may be made by the client.
  • Per diem: $86/day ($64.50/day for first and last days)

 

Job Description:

Bilingual Receptionists will greet and welcome visitors at the booth, schedule and manage appointments, and escort guests to designated areas or staff members as needed.

Bilingual Demonstrators will demonstrate and explain products and technology in Japanese to Japanese press and influencers, and in English to general attendees.

 

Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
  • Ability to engage confidently with media and influencers, including the ability to ad-lib as necessary.
  • Friendly, proactive, well-groomed, and in good physical and mental health.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or conventions is a great plus.
