Please be sure to arrive for your scheduled shifts on time. It is imperative that you be ready at your designated booth at the commencement of the event. In case of any emergency or if you are running late, please inform us immediately at the above number. If there are missed hours due to tardiness or any other reasons, including traffic, it will be reflected on your compensation on a pro-rate basis in 15-minute increments.
During the registration process, you will be required to upload a recent photograph and complete the necessary forms. Please refer to this PDF file for guidance.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code, which will be required when you pick up your badge on-site.
All CES attendees, including media and individual exhibitor personnel, must personally obtain their official badge. A badge is required at all times to access the event venue.
Badges can be collected at various locations, including the airport, starting on 1/2 or 1/3, depending on the location. Please visit one of the designated badge pickup locations before your first workday and present the following:
Government-issued photo ID
QR code received in the registration confirmation email (displayed on your smartphone or printed for scanning)
We strongly recommend picking up your badge the day before your first workday.
If you plan to pick up your badge on the morning of your first workday, please allow ample time, especially if your workday begins on the first show day (1/6), to circumvent any potential delays due to queues.
You will not be allowed to enter the venue without a badge.
CES organizers will not replace lost or stolen badges, and badges will not be reprinted. Please make sure to keep your badge with you at all times during the event.
Upon arrival, please check in at Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip by providing your name.
From the hotel, you can walk to the LVCC Riviera Station and take a Vegas Loop vehicle to the LVCC Central Plaza Station.
Vegas Loop rides between LVCC stations (West, Central, South, and Riviera) are free during CES.
